City of Columbia Parking Information
Bennet at BullStreet partners with the City of Columbia to offer additional parking options surrounding our community. For additional parking needs, please submit a request to park in the Freed Street Parking Garage. To complete a request, fill out the Individual Parking Agreement Form, provide proof of your driver's license and vehicle registration, and provide proof of residency with a welcome letter or lease agreement. Email all required documents to ParkingServices@columbiasc.gov, listing "Bennet at BullStreet" and your last name in the subject line. Please note that Bennet at BullStreet follows local regulations and cannot discuss details related to pricing or availability.
